MML3 Inafune's Heroine- Reboot

If you don't know, Rockman/MegaMan Legends 3 is being made with fan input. One of the events that went on was a Heroine design vote. Essentially all the past character designers that had designed for the Rockman/MegaMan series designed a potential Heroine and the fans voted for which one would appear.
Shinsuke Komaki's won, though I probably would have voted for Sensei Haruki Suetsugu's Native American flared character.
Sadly Keiji Inafune's character got last place-- tho from the press conference, his design was the most anticipated.

But besides Inafune leaving CapCom at the end of last year I thought I would just do a quick reboot of his design. After all I think that 20+ years is a long time and the populace's taste in designs of a character change (like the FF series).

I don't know if it really is a fan art or not since it didn't make the cut. BUT.... doesn't she look like a rendition of Zero? I mean the pony tailed long blond hair and the red + white motif were like obvious hints to me... though I can't say for sure. It would make a bit of sense since characters tend to be reincarnated throughout the various series of Rockman. I thought the name Xero would be proper for her.
Not my best coloring work, it was mostly made to test out the inking ability of SAI, I'm enjoying the stabilizing function tho.
Anyway sorry for being long winded. Tell me what you think, thoughts about it, or theories.
